Access care plans, activities, appointments and everyday care information in one place. New Messages features make it even easier to communicate with your care home team, receive updates, and stay connected to what matters most.

• Send and receive messages from your care home team
• View care home announcements and updates
• Support health and wellbeing together
• Stay connected through one shared care journey

Blua is free to download and currently available to permanent Bupa care home residents, and the family and friends they choose to invite within New Zealand.

To access Blua, the resident (or activated Welfare EPOA) must first provide consent. Once consent is received, invited family and friends will receive an invitation from their Bupa care home.
