* Be connected - one team, one shared care journey.

Free to download and currently available to permanent Bupa care home residents; and the friends and family they choose to invite. To access, the resident (or activated Welfare EPOA) needs to first sign a consent form and then you’ll receive an invitation from your Bupa care home.
