Ratings and reviews

Due to unexplained withdrawals from my accounts and reporting these issues, and no reply from the call center. It's unsettling to speak with someone who can't understand English, let alone trying to get reimbursed. Nothing sorted for over 3 months.

So far I really like this app, the one feature I'd absolutely love to be added is a budgeting tab. Doesn't need to be fancy or over complicated, just a quick tab that allows me to calculate my budget for the week so I can better manage my finances using this wonderful app. Cheers team !

Co Operative Bank is straight forward, friendly, helpful team face to face , or over the phone. Look I haven't had any problems with there chargers, goods and services, I just don't know why I hadn't heard of them sooner! 10 outta 10 from me

What's new

You'll notice a new look and feel in the app, as we've updated some visual brand elements. We've improved our everyday and savings account opening process too, and continued with our usual bug fixes and general improvements.
