The app is alright and got slightly faster over the years, but it still often doesn't know when the hour of power was changed through the website and keeps sending notifications for the previous one until I open it. This feels like it should be a solved problem in 2025. On that note: please add an option to switch to 24-hour time in the hour of power dropdown.

probably the worst customer service I have ever seen. it is impossible to use the app online chat. You have to wait 2 hours, and then it auto refreshes, and you lose your ticket, then you have to start all over again.

I love having the free hour and use it to my full advantage. The past two days I've been taking advantage of my HOP, but on my daily insight it doesnt hit my average HOP rating. *9/08/23 Have recently changed to the MoveMaster plan and set my HOP to 11pm. So far, so good. Tthough having just bought a second heater for the room, definately cranked up the power bill alot. *4/3/25 I keep getting logged out. My notification for my HOP doesn't show anymore. Was confusing to get used to new UI.
