look electric kiwis great. I've had so many conversations with them about this app, it doesn't function at this point all my correspondence is by email , you can't keep the chat feature open long enough to actually connect. can't update bank account details , the balance is frequently wrong the problems are endless, but they're a great team , & it's not their fault , there just getting established and I'm giving them grace through this review but still 1 star bc I can't pay on time it's a hassle

Dismal. The app is no longer usable because you can't physically log in on a phone anymore. You ever your details but you need to open your email to check the code. The moment you switch to email to get the code and move back to enter it on the app is sent another code making the one your about to enter obsolete and it won't accept it. so to get around this you need to check email from another phone or computer. :(

Should be zero stars! Ive had my power with Electric Kiwi for a long time, but decided to add my broadband. Disaster!!! New app and putting a code in every time is crazy. Relieved to see I'm not the only one struggling with this and the diabolical communication. I want to speak directly to a real person. Apparently thats too much to ask for as a loyal customer!!
