it's an app for spark. needs improvement. can be hard to navigate and understand. ::::::::: (Mostly unhelpful when previously contacting via message. Often can't answer with information that would solve an issue. Still 1 ☆ )

Kia ora! Sorry to see you're having trouble finding your way through the app. We have four main tabs - Usage, Billing, Products, and Profile - and once on those pages, tapping on your plan or number will open a details page with more options. Message us from the Help option in the menu if you need a hand. Thanks :) ^Claire

This is not user friendly!!!! Do testing with ordinary people before it goes live, I'm sure you all understand it but does the user who is not IT trained? As for the 3 options below.......WHAT?????? I will now have to travel 60 km to a Spark shop and hope they can help me!! Thank you for your reply. A lovely lady helped me after finding that she too could not access the "Add data" option, she advised ringing in next time, which I tried but was advised that the book a call option was not availab

For the last 2 weeks I cannot open this app as it tells me my Internet connection is poor. Please fix this problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app and nothing has changed, very frustrating. I will be changing my provider if Spark does not contact me and sort this problem out. Yours sincerely very long term customer.
