When I minimise the screen on my phone (picture in picture style), and then bring it back to full screen it should just carry on the stream (live sport should just keep playing wherever I was not ask if I want live or not. When watching a movie or something, I shouldn't see another set of ads just because I came back to full screen). Otherwise, a fairly solid app.

Functionality is mostly as expected, but 1. resizing causes it to restart the program (and plays another ad), and 2. on Chromecast, the custom on-screen "search" keyboard is annoyingly different from the system one: it isn't QWERTY; moving the focus around the keyboard doesn't wrap around; and worst, it ignores any real keyboard. These make "search" unreasonably slow to use, and frustratingly easy to accidentally exit entirely from the search, forcing the user to start again.

Cant change streaming quality and it buffers ALL the time. Used to be the best streaming app but is now rubbish. Edit for 2024 - it is STILL rubbish. Even worse now. Buffers constantly. Internet speed is more than sufficient. Have reinstalled it as a last-ditch attempt. Cast icon is missing from the top right once you start playing a show, so you have to exit out of it, then hit Cast, then play your show, which then buffers for 5 minutes first.
