I've tried 2 different locations to charge via the app & both unsuccessful. Also if there are more than one charge, there's no way of knowing which physical charger I'm to activate. Why not? Very confusing & should work without having to buy a fob. Very disappointed & not a good start to EV experience. BTW Meridan's Zero chargers work perfectly.

Mad at location finding, usually says do I want to connect I'm 5 or 12 or once 52 km from the charger??? Takes 2 or 3 "Activate" requests to get started. Often suggests I end my charging session even when I can see there's no one else around.

Apparently, the app only accepts much less characters than their website. Once you reduce the size of your password, you'll be able to login into the app. Although it allows you to activate the station, It doesn't differentiate whether the station is in used, broken, or what else. And you can only see it once you tap on the station. Hence, if you're in dire need of charging, you won't be able to check which station is available in a glance - you'll have to manually tap on each of the station whether that station is available or not. Quite fiddly to use, in my opinion.
