Accurate and compact device that is easy to use for measuring crucial levels of fat in your body. Weight alone does not reflect level of fat, you need to keep track of visceral fat level, if you are on a diet. Not many choices when it come to measuring visceral and subcutaneous fat, but this one is accurate and easy to use. Highly recommended!

Actually this device is what I have been looking/waiting for in the past few years. Very easy-to use and no brainer. I am using this on a weekly baisis and also easy to track. Measuring my belly fat was critical task for me becuase I knew it is more associated with diabetes and high cholesterol risk. The device is sleek and it can be connected to my phone via bluetooth. It actually took a few seconds to get a reading. I love the device and already recommended to my colleagues and friends !

Got it today and looking forward to seeing weekly report and associated data. The nutrition section basically seems like an (unconvincing) ad for veganism, which sort of sucks since a plant based diet is just one very specific way of eating healthy. Given a background in nutritional biochemistry, this decision seems more based on their personal dietary opinions than based on sound science. Nothing against plant based, as I consume a crazy amount of veggies, just too narrow. Will re-review soon!
