Their customer service really sucks. Unless you upgrade to Pro they won't help with a problem. They just refer you to a help page with few answers. So if you have a serious problem, like logging in and can't upgrade to Pro, they won't help and you've lost the program and all of your passwords. Update. Their response is not correct.. I knew my master password but after an update it would no longer work. I emailed them many times but was constantly told that they would not help unless I was a Pro customer.. I could not upgrade to Pro status because the app would work. I ended up losing all password data.. they refuse to admit that it might be a problem with their program and would not help at all. In fact they would not answer the emails personally and only sent back pre-recorded responses This was a horrible experience and I'm glad I terminated and went somewhere else. I would never recommend this program to anyone. It was good when it worked but if you have a problem forget about it.

Not true. We had been helping this user regardless. He forgot both his master password & 4 digit PIN. We make it very clear both in app & docs, master password is your secret & without it nobody can decrypt your records including us. This provides 100% security. He couldn't remember master password hence this negative review. App works as designed.
