The hardest part of the program starts in week 2 (and that’s also when the free trial ends) where you start sleep restriction, but it is also the one thing that makes the most difference in my opinion. I like how the app customizes my sleep window for each week (tell me when to wake up and when to go to bed). It is tough as I mentioned, and also somewhat counterintuitive, but it works and I think the app does a good job in explaining why.

The program helped me better understand my relationship with sleep. I realized for instance that my obsession with getting good sleep is actually counterproductive. Many of the techniques (e.g. cognitive restructuring, paradoxical intention etc) can also be applied in your day-to-day life outside of sleep improvement. Highly recommend this for anyone who has ever struggled with insomnia.

It didn't work for me, but this is a good app with a great team behind it. I also suffer from a very different type of insomnia than the majority of people, so I would still recommend this all to anyone suffering a more typical type of sleep issue and interested in a well thought out cbt-i program that has a trial to it. As well, the customer support team here really does care about their product, which is nice to see. Good luck.
