Old app worked fine New app is unusable... trying to update the available car parks at every step (when you put location, then when you put start time, then when end time). Also: 1 minute after parking expires, you can no longer find the information on how to enter the building :(

When you book a parking, they tell you how to get to the location but don't give you info on the facility it self. In Spain there was absolutely no info on how or where to access under a huge building and the staff new nothing. Don't expect clear signs. One park's customer service is useless, as they only use email and reply a few days later.

Terrible service.. was delayed 15 minutes by a traffic incident on Motorway. Nothing I could do. Valet was notified 30 minutes before reservation schedule but refused to wait. I had to pay to park in another car park and was charged anyway even though thte never touch my vehicle or parked it.
