Kako krećemo?

* Mentorstvo i podrŔku kroz komunikaciju - imamo chat u aplikaciji. Možemo da razmejnujemo fotografije progresa i snimke kako izvodiŔ vežbu.

* Plan ishrane sa zdravim receptima sastavljenim od namirnica koje i inače koristite. Osećaj sitosti je deo programa.

* Kalkulator makronutrijenata - tačno računanje koliko je ugljenih hidrata, proteina i masti uneto po obroku i danima uz grafički prikaz. Ne moraŔ meriti hranu u grame, uz ovaj kalkulator vrlo brzo učiŔ da odokativno izmeriŔ koliko je čega potrebno. Klijentima se ovo posebno dopada.

* Dnevnik ishrane, dnevnik treninga i praćenje navika.

* Plan treninga u video formatu sa opisom izvođenja svake vežbe.
Krećemo lagano, kako napredujeÅ” treninzi postaju jači.

The application is great as well as the content. The always accessible and knowledgeable trainer Milan will help you started with individual training and meal plan. Each exercise is video based with detail text description, there is no room to make the mistakes with this approach. If you fell unmotivated at any point, Milan is there to get you back on track!

The application is very handy. Including a diet plan with the recipes and the preparation process. Great for busy people who work a lot and don't have much spare time. The exercises are excellent, no unpleasant sore muscles, they are not intended to prepare for the triathlon, but customized for the user. By my opinion, great addition is Intermittent fasting tracker(IF tracking). A warm recommendation to those who wish to devote themselves and their health.

could only make the settings in English the rest of the app i couldn't read at all
