I love the app but recently its been glitching a lot. like A LOT. It would not load and just keep showing a white blank screen. This would happen in the middle of checking out sometimes which can get really frustrating. One thing I would like to suggest is loyalty points every time an order was placed. That really keeps the users looking forward to ordering through the app.

Very poor experience with the OPTP app, delivery showed “anytime now” for ~40 minutes with no rider tracking or updates. Over an hour since ordering and still no delivery despite the restaurant saying the rider had left.

I placed my order today at 10:40, and it was delivered just now after a very long delay. I am extremely frustrated with the condition of the food. It was completely cold and honestly seemed like it had been cooked yesterday. I complained to the rider and initially refused to accept the delivery. However, he kept insisting that the food was fresh and hot and asked me to accept it after waiting for ages. This experience was very disappointing, and I feel like my money has been wasted. never order.
