It is very easy to message the office for routine requests to approve refills for meds. It is easier than calling, being put on hold, leaving a message to speak with the medical assistant about a concern or question, then waiting for that return call. If you miss the return call, you have to start all over. The message system seems more efficient.

the app seems to work well and is easy to navigate. being able to see my actual EKG, xrays, and other documents is great. although, at times, the information is not always complete and requires contacting the physicians that performed the tests in order to get their interpretation of the complex charts and numerous test results. i.e. my blood work gives "abnormal" results for specific measurements but does not give information about why/what/how to improve those results and my health.

Terrible app. I'm trying to enter info prior to a physical, and when I get a form nearly filled out, it glitches and either blocks me from signing, or takes me back to the previous page so I have to start over again. In some cases, just touching the screen on the edge of the page takes me back a step, sometimes it happens with no screen touch. I have had to restart the app several times just to get it to reset these pages.
