It is very easy to message the office for routine requests to approve refills for meds. It is easier than calling, being put on hold, leaving a message to speak with the medical assistant about a concern or question, then waiting for that return call. If you miss the return call, you have to start all over. The message system seems more efficient.

If your email address change due your phone quite working and you get a new phone and loss all your old email address, this app make it almost impossible to updated all your profile and it get a loop like a merry-go-round in circles. I have a total 18 hours trying to update all the fields that this app won't be to u p dated.

Whatever recent update was done now makes the app unusable. I only get the option to "Sign Up" or "Click here to login with your Texas Health account", which prompts me to login via a browser (defeating the whole purpose of getting the app). I called the help phone number and they essentially said "yup, guess you don't need the app then"
