Depositing checks tests your resolve. Sometimes the image recognition captures everything, sometimes it cuts half your image off, sometimes it decides to do the front or the back, but not both. It wouldn't keep me from opening an Alliant account, but it does make me grateful for direct deposit.
App CONSTANTLY turns off finger print login, causing you to re-type your password. But that's not all it! You also have to answer multiple security questions. Answer a single one wrong, even once, it locks you out and you have to reset your password. PLEASE FIX THIS!!! It used to work so much better.
Still requires extra touch to login with fingerprint. The app used to open directly to fingerprint authentication if it was enabled, now you must touch fingerprint before you can login. Also, for no apparent reason, you must login to find ATMs. That makes no sense whatsoever.
Super easy to use and intuitive. Only complaint would be that it is not easy to deposit checks. The app is very picky about the pictures. Sometimes it's super quick and easy, sometimes it can take a while.
Finger print login does not work with Galaxy S8. Have to use pin number. Worked fine before update. Still waiting on a fix Update: finally fixed fingerprint login. Working well now
I've never had an issue with using the app, and I love the new look and feel of the updated version. Fingerprint scanning and the basic information without logging in is great!
This update fixes a bug that prevented devices running Android 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, and 4.4 from using the app.
