When your check time arrives, you will receive a push notification and can confirm your check. No response? No worries! You will receive a reminder, which you can also set yourself, so you can still confirm your check.
If you miss the check after the final reminder, your contacts will be automatically notified immediately so they can check in to see if you are doing okay. If you confirm your check, there is nothing to worry about and they will not receive a message. No news...good news!
