Avera MyChart offers personalized and secure online access to your medical records and health insurance information from your mobile device. Avera MyChart is an all-in-one app for Avera patients and/or Avera Health Plans members.

Avera patients can:
• Schedule medical appointments.
• View your health information, including medications, allergies, test results, and more.
• Message your care team.
• Request medication refills.
• Access resources for trusted health information.

Avera Health Plans members can:
• Access coverage details and eligibility, insurance cards and plan details.
• View providers and facilities in your network and covered by your plan.
• Review claims, authorizations and explanation of benefits documents.
• Make premium payments and set up auto pay.
• Message customer service.
• Access links to pharmacy and wellness portals.

Upload health and fitness data, including data from Health Connect, when enrolled in self-tracking programs.

It is more user friendly than the old app. The first thing l tried was lab results. It shows you all the info without having to open each test and then find your spot in the results after closing that test because the app reverted back to the beginning of the results. l am still exploring and l dont't think all of the features will be available until May 30th when they officially switch over, but l think it's going to be great. l will be nice to be able to schedule appointments on the app again.
