Use your myBlueCross username and password to access your online account from the app. You can also set up Touch or Face ID for quicker access.

There is no charge from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama to download, but rates from your wireless provider may apply. I've had this app for several years hoping it would get better, but it hasnt. You can't do anything on this app. Any changes, filtering of claims, or anything other than looking at basics can not b done on the app. Even customer service tells you to go to the website, not the app. Why does this app even exist if you can't do anything on it?

i been having problems out of this app it won't even load any of the futures so I can check my status. it keep saying encountering an error.

it won't even let me look at anything once I logged in to check my status and this is bs and I see anything to make a payment or anything fix the website.
