Use your myBlueCross username and password to access your online account from the app. You can also set up Touch or Face ID for quicker access.

There is no charge from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama to download, but rates from your wireless provider may apply. I am looking for an in-patient hospital that accepts this insurance through this app. I have tried every which way. I put that I have suicidal ideation and made an attempt, and the app directed me to 3 websites, none of which led to a 911 site or a 988 site. Great job. Plus, I could not find what I was looking for. 😒Good thing I'm not in an admeate crisis with a family member trying to figure things out. This would be very stressful 😫.

Works, but the manifest doesn't allow for location permissions and thus "use my location" in "Find Care" cannot work correctly, until this manifest requirement is updated.

error pop up and unable to process every time I try to file a drug claim!!!! After I've typed in all the ref #, then it's just gone!!!! Very frusterating!!!!!
