Ratings and reviews

Worst experience - The SVP feature in the CMRL app is unreliable. On 25.06.2026, despite having sufficient balance, the metro gate failed to record my exit due to a system error. Later, I was wrongly charged ₹100 as an overstay penalty and had to buy a separate ₹8 ticket. This was not my fault, but I still had to pay. Don't use this svp - Better use card

Major issues with recent updates: 1. New information regarding platform is added but the platform number displayed is incorrect (eg Guindy to Central metro - Platform 1. also Guindy to Alandur Platform 1. Defeats the purpose of displaying platform number) 2. No information about wait time when switching lines at interchange stations. usually such interchange takes up to 15 mins of waiting time for train to arrive. so travel time is not what is displayed in the app 3. Stability, bad as usual

worst experience. stored value pass payment recharge only success remaining all are worst. the QR is not showing properly while parking. it shows like there is no SVP recharge to continue but when I try to recharge to shows unable to recharge. Today I,used again for parking the app shows update for latest version. It navigates to playstore but the app not found in playstore. later I check manually it shows and updated. These type of issue observing during peak time. Customers facing lot of issue
