it is good only for looking up routes and reference stuff which are available on website anyway. payments handoff is totally broken while booking tickets. slightest movement at the time of booking will lead to cancelled transaction. and the SVC is unreliable, app sometimes cops out.

The app shows train timings for Platform 1 and Platform 2 and the place where I need to change, but it does not clearly tell me whether I need to change trains based on the platform I choose. For example, to reach Koyambedu, Platform 2 has a direct train, while if I take the train from Platform 1, I need to change at Alandur. The app should clearly indicate whether each train is direct or requires a change. This was clear before the recent update, but now it is confusing.

useless update . always says Sim change detected. OTP doesn't come. 11/8/26-this issue still persists it says SIM change detected for the same number every time I open the app, not at all trustworthy when you are in a hurry, if you are gonna promote this app in a big way, you should make it user friendly as it was before this glitchy update.
