Ratings and reviews

Always gets stuck downloading the content. The user interface and organization of content is not intuitive and it difficults accessing and reviewing the content. This is just as bad on the desktop except the desktop does not get stuck downloading content.

Good question bank. Awful app. Crashes frequently and sometimes does not load at all. Clearly needs better optimization for the amount of money this service costs. ADDENDUM: It's been 3 months since I wrote my last review. Clearly there is no interest in them fixing this app. Have to down grade a star for the terrible response.

This Q bank is too expensive to have a buggy app with zero customer service. I've finished multiple sections only to have them partially finished a few days later. The downloads don't always work. Sometimes I can't even initiate a test. And the icing? Today my Q bank is completely reset to 0. What a joke! Worst part is that CHEST has no motivation to fix anything because they have a monopoly on test prep material for Pulm Boards...
