The Comboni Missionaries are active as a Catholic community in over 40 countries. The Comboni Friends App bundles the international experience and creates uncomplicated access to information, news and reflections from all over the world. Above all, one can find access to articles published on the official website comboni.de.
Orally transmitted wisdom stories from southern countries allow us to look beyond our own cultural way of thinking.
As a Christian community, we believe in the power of prayer; so the app uses spiritual texts and reflections on biblical readings to open up an often forgotten level of our humanity. Virtual celebration of live worship services and the opportunity to participate in Comboni Missionaries events strengthen the bond between friends of the Comboni Missionaries.
The individual contributions can be shared via apps such as email, WhatsApp or social networks.
The main language of this app is in German but english news are available.
