I've used this app for a long time. I have an S20 and have very recently been having major problems logging into my account via the app. I saw another user mention the new UI, and I concur. It's causing difficulties connecting and often crashing. Please look into it. The app is very nice and convenient, and I would like to continue using it.

The CCU App is extremely helpful, easy to use and accessible. My only issue is that sometimes (pretty regularly actually) the app doesn't respond and will need reopened once or twice before I can finally log in to my account. It could be an issue with my phone; however I don't have the same issue with other apps.

It does a weird thing, when I log on the screen goes black and it says SAMSUNG across the screen for a lil while. So, I have to uninstall the app and install it again. I have been having to go through that a lot. Then I was having an issue with my password (s) the app would say that is not my password several times. Then I have to create a new password. I love this app. It's very convenient to me...
