Guess we can't use bill pay on this app? I have to use the mobile web browser and go to the full website which defeats the purpose. The only thing it will let you edit about any upcoming payments is the amount. I want to change the date, so my only choice is to delete the entire payment series and log onto the mobile website to make a new recurring payment series. I've been using the app since the day it launched and I give it 2/5. The old one was fine and this one isn't very functional yet.

I stumbled on this bank 5 yrs ago and I am very happy I did! This bank sees me as a person not a credit score. It's easy and user friendly to get a loan. love the app too. All the info you need right where you need it. Super easy to make a phone deposit. Instant access to funds. It's easier for me to simply say what I don't like about the bank and the app. Nothing. I can't say one bad word about CCU

I just opened an account at CCU a few days before the new app went out. I have not been able to open the app on my phone, (i have an android). The app works fine on my finances IPhone, but not on mine. This is extremely frustrating. I called customer service and they didn't have an answer for me, but sometimes it takes Google play longer to update than IPhone. It's been a week now and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it won't open after I log in. I'm now considering switching bank
