Long time customer here. The new app is good and not so good. So far it is user friendly, but the options could be improved. I don't care for the alert system at all. Notifications tell you a debit/credit has happened. But it doesn't tell you if it's a debit or credit, like it used to in the old app. That's very frustrating because why have a generic transaction alert if you then must go into your account info to see if it was a debit or a credit or who it was from? Please fix.

Something changed recently and I cannot log in. Keep getting an error that the bank is having a problem. Been like that for over a week. Biometrics don't work. Can't reset the password. It spins and spins and spins, then times out or shows the error message. The other app for my bank accounts works fine, just not the card control app. Everything on my phone works great, but this app! (Used to work.)

I'm all for convenience and simplification, but there are some features that were useful. Search and Sort function can be improved upon. For some strange reason, my financial records only go back a few months and stop. I've reported this multiple times since the launch of this app to no avail...what I've been told is deal with it because no one in their IT Dept is addressing this issue. For a financial institution, you would think that record keeping and security would be their primary focus.
