Pretty easy to use but could benefit from some key feature upgrades. It would be nice if you could have a filter selection option for sex (for those that suffer from sexual abuse trauma) of the healthcare provider as well as their specialities. For example I'd like to make sure that the reason I'm calling for, let's say dermatology issues, is something my provider is familiar with. App has kicked me out due to the provider taking break which would have been nice to know before waiting 30 mins.

It took a while to set up my profile. The first time the app booted me out while searching for a provider. Logged back in and had to provide the same information as Step 1. After all that the provider was pleasant, listened to my issue and provided sound advice. I'd use the service again.

Telemedicine is so convenient, especially in the time of a pandemic. This service was fast and the provider was very helpful and kind.
