I love this simple app! I've been fit and strong for most of my life but as I'm getting older (I'm 46yrs old) my metabolism has slowed a little. However daily planking (5min combo + 1min each of elbow and full reverse planks) is not only increasing my core strength but the body fat is just melting from me! I've gained a noticeable amount of running speed now too. I'm STOKED that I stumbled across this app! Only one suggestion: Looking to up the anti now with extension planks so if these were added to the exercise library that would be AWESOME and would get that 5th star from me! Well done guys!
Clean and simple. It would be nice to be able to have a loner rest than 10 seconds for us old folks. How about a Max of 30? I know it can be done by adding rests but it would be nice to not have to do that. How do I delete steps that were inadvertently added?
Iz good. Friendly ui. Not spammy. Lets you add custom workouts with as many breaks as you need. Straightforward. Would pay $2 to get rid of the ads tho (minor as they might be - luckily there are no fullscreen ads).
Doesn't render properly on a 1080p setting on galaxy s7. Empty bar at the bottom of the screen. Great app though, getting my core fit and i like that you can design your own session
Good app. Been using it for a while now. Recently I have had problems with my phone and lost my workout history. A backup facility would have helped. This is a missing option that prevented me from giving a 5 star rating.
Good general plank timer. Lost one star because of two things missing from the UI functionality: 1) I would like to be able to set a repeat, so that if I want to do six planks of 30 secs with a rest of 15 secs between each, I can just put it in once and say repeat 6 times. 2) would like to be able to change the plank type in an existing combo (perhaps by swiping right) rather than delete, add, move, set time. Lost the second star for trying to force a 5-star review.
Set WaitTime, ExerciseTime, BreakTime, and run! It is simple interval timer!
