Fairhaven BMS is the official building and facilities management system for Fairhaven Baptist Church staff and authorized personnel. Designed specifically for our multi-building campus, it brings together maintenance ticketing, device control, and asset management into one easy-to-use app.

**Maintenance Ticketing**
Submit maintenance requests from anywhere on campus. Attach photos, set priority levels, and track progress in real time. Tickets are automatically routed to the right team based on category. Staff receive instant notifications when tickets are assigned, updated, or resolved. SLA tracking ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

**Team Collaboration**
Assign tickets to technicians, add comments, CC team members, and track the full history of every issue. Managers can reassign tickets, change priorities, and edit details as situations evolve.

**Device Control**
Authorized staff can control campus devices directly from the app, including the estate gate and fuel pump. Access is granted per device based on role and responsibility.

**Vehicle & Equipment Management**
Track the full fleet of church vehicles and equipment. Log maintenance records, set service schedules, and receive alerts when service is due. Drivers can submit end-of-trip reports including mileage and any issues observed.

**Built for Fairhaven**
Fairhaven BMS was built from the ground up for our campus. It integrates with our Church Community Builder directory for seamless staff onboarding and keeps all facilities data secure on private church infrastructure.
