This is great. No limit on how long one can record other than fee space on your device or sd card. No ads... just an app!!! Update: I've uninstalled. More often than not after starting the app it seems the microphone is not being accessed so there is no audio despite having the correct permissions.

Couldn't get it to work. I could tap out a message using Morse code, but that was it. Changed every setting, checked microphone settings, bluetooth, you name it. Nothing but tapping. Finally I removed my phone case. Dangerous, but effective. Still not ideal but not the apps fault

Useful for making quick voice notes I can come back to later, and for recording audio observations for iNaturalist when I can't *see* noisy animals. Should work fine for longer recordings too. Basic mono, several bitrate and format options including M4A, MP3 and Ogg. Your audio stays on your phone. No ads, no subscriptions, no remotely-generated transcripts, just basic recording.
