The app doesn't work anymore. I try it every couple of months. It just flashes when you login and goes back to a blank login screen. Good luck trying to pay the credit card bill on the mobile site too. It's hit or miss. Some days it'll take you to the payment information and other days it just shows you the balance with no way to pay. This app is still useless in 8/2023.

After 10 years of banking, this app has convinced me to switch banks. I refuse to use a banking service that makes paying a bill unsafe and complicated. Get rid of this app or integrate it into the old one. If I have to show up in person to pay my credit card bill, I'm immediately pulling all my money out and depositing it into a new account at a different bank.

It has been a challenge using this app. Even resetting my password is not doable via the reset my password link. Kept getting an error saying "cannot verify information ". I have had to call member services, only to be transferred from department to department. This has been an awful experience since this app came out. I truly miss the integration with the regular banking app...
