the app itself is heading in the right direction, except for the fact that they no longer post our imaging results -just accompanying remarks. this is a disservice as we pay good money for the results IN FULL! Also, why have an e check-in if you're still going to make patients check in once they arrive? because they also have an "I'm here" option. seems with both of those you shouldn't need to also see the front desk, and then the registration desk. that just took a lot longer than it should.

Hello, the app is great but has some issues that are frustrating. 1. Billing is the worst setup. Doesn't give any options for cash or curae. 2. This causes a person to not finish the check-in process. 3. The reminders for vaccines and referrals never go away even after they're done. It's great for allowing us to put all information in our calendar.

The EGuthrie app is user-friendly from the start. Stuff loads pretty fast. I especially like how the results of labwork are posted quickly as the different tests come back. In my opinion, the best thing about the app is being able to communicate with your provider via secure messaging a lot faster than calling and waiting on a call back. Oftentimes, my providers reply back within a few minutes.
