the app itself is heading in the right direction, except for the fact that they no longer post our imaging results -just accompanying remarks. this is a disservice as we pay good money for the results IN FULL! Also, why have an e check-in if you're still going to make patients check in once they arrive? because they also have an "I'm here" option. seems with both of those you shouldn't need to also see the front desk, and then the registration desk. that just took a lot longer than it should.

pro easy to schedule appt with your primary doctor and specialist. easy to find test results. con not easy to do messages with doctors not easy to find physical therapy to schedule appt

eGuthrie has always been there for me! Its user friendly at the best. Very convenient as to rescheduling, tele health, just a couple clicks I can see my records and test results. I wish every patient would use it! You literally have the doctors office at the touch of your fingers. I feel if I didn't have this I'd be lost. Rx refills smooth as can be. Thank you Guthrie!
