the app itself is heading in the right direction, except for the fact that they no longer post our imaging results -just accompanying remarks. this is a disservice as we pay good money for the results IN FULL! Also, why have an e check-in if you're still going to make patients check in once they arrive? because they also have an "I'm here" option. seems with both of those you shouldn't need to also see the front desk, and then the registration desk. that just took a lot longer than it should.

the eGuthrie App is so useful in so many ways. it helps me to remember who my providers are and in which departments they are affiliated. I can request refills for my prescriptions and let's me message my providers about questions or concerns I may have. it keeps all of my visits in order and allows me to review test results and after visit summaries.. there's much more to the App, but this is a small list of the uses that I've found with it.. Ty and Good Job to it's creators.

pro easy to schedule appt with your primary doctor and specialist. easy to find test results. con not easy to do messages with doctors not easy to find physical therapy to schedule appt
