camera needs updating for Galaxy s26 ultra, keeps saying camera offline even though connected to wifi

It has a video record mode. Sometimes it actually saves the clip. The last 30 in a row clips I hit record on and they said they saved correctly... they all ended up being blank files. Also the connectivity distance for the camera isn't very far. And worst of all their contact email returns as not a good email.

Not worth the time. It takes 10 whole minutes to connect my phone to the wifi (5 to GET the wifi, 5 to connect), then it gives me error messages + shuts off the camera AFTER successfully connecting. And the worst part is that it doesn't automatically connect at all. The steps I MUST take are 1. ALWAYS keep car in reverse. 2. Manually open app and MANUALLY TAP wifi icon. 3. Wait 5 minutes to even SEE the wifi. 4. MANUALLY tap wifi. 5. Wait another 5 minutes to see the damn camera go on.
