The Intermountain Homecare app is designed to make your life easier. It streamlines the process of ordering and exchanging your prescribed home medical equipment (wheelchair, crutches, nebulizer, ventilator, etc.) It also makes it more straightforward for you to manage all of your supplies and home infusion medications.
With the Intermountain Homecare app, you can:
• Update your personal information (name, address, health insurance)
• Chat with your Intermountain Homecare team to answer your questions
• Manage reminders for your resupply orders (medicine, oxygen cylinders, catheters, etc.)
• Order new home medical equipment or replacement parts for ones you have
• Learn more about your home medical equipment with the resource library
• Schedule equipment refitting appointments (CPAP masks, etc.)
• Sign an Advance Beneficiary Notices for Medicare
