I am filling out the questionnaire for my medical procedure, and the system keeps kicking me out. When I log back in, it hasn't saved anything, so I’ve had to fill it out four times. Just when I thought it was finally working—I made it to the very end and clicked "Continue"—nothing happened, and the screen froze for about three minutes. I then clicked "Save and Finish Later," but again, nothing happened for about five minutes. I logged out, logged back in, and once again, nothing had been saved.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. As soon as they switched apps, my old bill of over $2k was added back to my account when it was already paid off with financial assistance. AND on top of that, it took over 15 minutes to get logged in because of all the verification codes not sending, and then I couldn't even pay my actual bill for my payment plan that I'm on the last payment for. GO BACK TO THE OLD APP IM BEGGING!!!

Hi Ryz, Sorry to hear you've having issues with billing. The old bills should remain unchanged as we did not bring them into the new app (new bills will show up there in an improved experience). We chose to not move bills to the new system to avoid issues like this. Can you call our billing team at 866-415-6556 to sort this out?

TERRIBLE! basic thing don't function well. I lost access to all my records. they're just marked as "archived" and there's no way to see anything. I haven't been able to book any appointments successfully. my Care team lost its not accurate. they're just so many issues and missing information. however they migrated data from the previous app was a total mess. MyChart is just a struggle.
