Ratings and reviews

The app has worked great for me, can't think of any issues I have encountered. It is easy to open new CDs or other savings accounts within the app, track transactions, move money between accounts, etc. The email notifications are the biggest weakness. In the old app and system when you setup email notifications for deposits or withdraws, the email included the amount, payee/payer, date, etc. about the transaction. Under the new system it no longer gives that info, making them useless to me.

App overall is OK. Just takes a while to get used to it. I see what they tried to do by making the app look more professional but in doing that they added unnecessary screens and options that weren't needed. Worst of all. You used to be able to see pending transactions but now you can't. (At least I am unable to locate them). The old app was better but maybe if they tweak and simplify this one, it too can get better ratings. Step up Kemba!

This app (and the latest banking app upgrade) is a step backwards in functionality. The mobile deposit functionality has been broken four times during the month of December. In the most recent outage there is no ETA on restoration. Any monthly transaction starts as "recurring transaction debit card ending...." before you are able to see the actual vendor of the transaction - this also causes havoc with Quickbooks and YNAB imports. The latest upgrade is a failure, it is causing an exodus!
