a very poorly designed app. unable to use it to make any donation. If the amount is entered I struggle with keyboard misbehavior and just today when I selected a case for donation it says resource not found. what is the use of an app asking for donations when you cannot make donations through it. I made 4-5 attempts at distinct points of time and all futile.

Worst platform i have used for donations. Have been constantly pestered with spam daily for donations. The calls are persistent and daily. It is daily when I say daily. Calls from official as well as random customer service team. Never donating to ketto again.

why does this app dictate minimum amount one has to donate & then also asks for a 18% tip for themselves, if asking for a donation, it should be based on donors freewill & capabilities & there should not be any minimum, FOR USA donors minimum amount is 30$ ,why not 5$, 10$ or 20$ or any amount that they wish , seems like SCAM
