PLAYMAD is the new digital channel for access and dissemination of information services, citizen assistance and electronic administration of the Community of Madrid. It allows citizens who wish to interact digitally and interactively with the public administration of the Community of Madrid, accessing the information services and attention to the citizen of the Community of Madrid through this new channel, and taking part in the main services of electronic administration. This channel represents an additional boost to omnichannel and guarantees a greater diffusion of the attention and information services that are provided.
