I have powered down my phone. Restarted my phone. Loggin and out of the App but it will not let me leave a message for my Doctor. The My Chart App will let me leave a message so I don't understand what's wrong. When I called for help no one could help me fix this and said it works for them. I uninstalled the App and reinstalled it. It still does not work. I feel helpless to communicate with my Doctor. My Chart has worked perfectly for me. What is wrong??????

I can't scroll down on the results page! This app was quite good when it first launched, but something happened which prevents me from scrolling down in only one screen - the results page. On all other bottom row selections I can scroll up or down, and I think I can scroll up on the results page (since it stretches slightly when I try to), but I cannot scroll down - the page does not react when I try to.

Eventhough username/password were entered correctly but sometime I was able to access & use successfully, but most of the time Error "Incorrect username/password used. Please try again. OK". You app now is not working at all and even though, I already email you, and no one follow up & call back to resolve the unable to login. That could jeopardize patient help as you don't have web portal yet. Please contact me ASAP. Thanks
