I have used his app for the past 2 years , now it's super glitchy! Stalls out when I click on test results, won't let me access anything through the app. I uninstalled, restarted my phone, and then reinstalled, same issue. Any fixes?

It's taken me years to do the same thing it took me a few weeks here. Everything regarding your Health, dr.'s Appts, Medical Authorizations, Lab Results, Medical Records, Urgent Care visits, Pharmacy and Your Medications, Messages from anyone on MyChart, Recommendations, and more. Since joining MyChart my health has improved. I make all of my appts bc they remind me. I just go to my pharmacy with my ID and pick up my meds. It's so convenient. MyCHART is a must have to stay healthy. Thanks!

I have powered down my phone. Restarted my phone. Loggin and out of the App but it will not let me leave a message for my Doctor. The My Chart App will let me leave a message so I don't understand what's wrong. When I called for help no one could help me fix this and said it works for them. I uninstalled the App and reinstalled it. It still does not work. I feel helpless to communicate with my Doctor. My Chart has worked perfectly for me. What is wrong??????
