I have powered down my phone. Restarted my phone. Loggin and out of the App but it will not let me leave a message for my Doctor. The My Chart App will let me leave a message so I don't understand what's wrong. When I called for help no one could help me fix this and said it works for them. I uninstalled the App and reinstalled it. It still does not work. I feel helpless to communicate with my Doctor. My Chart has worked perfectly for me. What is wrong??????

We apologize for any issues you are experiencing with the app. Some feedback received from our app support team is to make sure when you login, that you also log out, versus just closing the window on your phone or desktop. I can't scroll down on the results page! This app was quite good when it first launched, but something happened which prevents me from scrolling down in only one screen - the results page. On all other bottom row selections I can scroll up or down, and I think I can scroll up on the results page (since it stretches slightly when I try to), but I cannot scroll down - the page does not react when I try to.

Eventhough username/password were entered correctly but sometime I was able to access & use successfully, but most of the time Error "Incorrect username/password used. Please try again. OK". You app now is not working at all and even though, I already email you, and no one follow up & call back to resolve the unable to login. That could jeopardize patient help as you don't have web portal yet. Please contact me ASAP. Thanks
