Ratings and reviews

Very low memory footprint, fast, no compatibility issues I've seen, and the tab interface is easy to work with. Defaults to searching with DuckDuckGo, which is a plus. One bug: the icon for a dubious TLS certificate is a green padlock, and the icon for a verified certificate is a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark. I'm fairly sure this is backwards.

Best lightweight browser and even with extensions support that we only get in desktop browsers. Note: It is a fork of firefox but I prefer this as it is firefox minus bloat. Earlier I used to take few minutes after installing firefox to turn many things off but with midori, it does that by default. For pc I prefer midori and librewolf, both are fork of firefox.

I've used Midori Next-Gen on my laptop for quite a while. It totally does everything right. The app version is little scaled down but that's fine with me. It's responsive and beautifully set up. I have no use for mainstream web browsers in general to begin with. Midori will remain my go-to browsing experience for years to come.
