Ratings and reviews

Broken in multiple different ways on my S22 Ultra. "Error" with no specifics when I try to upload documentation for my renewal, and when I tried again by taking a picture within the app instead of uploading a pdf, it just popped up a perpetual loading box. The "X" to close a course registers a click but doesn't actually do anything. Scrolling often gets stuck at the bottom of the screen. If I'm not an isolated case, it's insane that they released it like this.

Was trying to use this app for Paramedic recert. It worked fine for a while then suddenly wouldn't work unless I gave app permissions to have access to "ALL FILES" on my phone. I have no idea why a National Registry app would need that. App crashes as soon as it opens without permissions. I reluctantly allowed permissions. App finally opened to login screen. Could not login no matter what. I reset my password, recovered my username, uninstalled, etc. Worthless app. Use a computer or tablet ffs

It's always been a challenge every 2 yrs to keep track and update for the renewal. This worked for me this time. I hope the next renewal will be easier (I'm sure because each class I'll attend I'll add it to this app and just attach it to the future renew)
