About this app

Use the Palmetto Citizens app to manage your accounts quickly and securely. This app gives members of Palmetto Citizens the ability to:

· View balances and transaction history.
· Move money between your accounts.
· Transfer money to other PCFCU members, external accounts or other people.
· Manage text and email alerts.
· Deposit checks.*
· Temporarily block and unblock your debit/ATM card.
· Pay bills (to existing payees).
· Make a loan payment.
· Send and receive secure messages to/from the credit union.
· Access the app with fingerprint/facial recognition (eligible devices).
· Update contact and login information.

*Upon approval. Not all accounts are eligible for this service.

3.19.21 Transferred > scheduled view does not work. I have tried last 30, 60, 90, 120. Does not move from default view. Cannot see internal or external historical transfers that I know were made. The transfer feature is one of the main reasons I talked many into using Palmetto Citizens CU. Please correct this. 11.13.19 What happened to tranactions with instant balance? I could see them before. Now that feature is gone. Please correct this.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate the feedback. While transfers still work, historical data of transfers prior to 3/1/22 are no longer viewable under the Transfers tab. To view past transfers, go to the account's transaction history and search for a specific transfer. Contact us if you have any issues or need any assistance.

This app used to be useful, but since the update, despite repeatedly adjusting the settings and logging in with passwords and one-time passwords... it WILL NOT save biometrics option. Basically, it will put your security at risk by giving any malware THE MAXIMUM number of chances to steal your info. Once upon a time, my phone got a password snatcher on it... and failed because i never needed to enter it. Now, any overlay attack can because you are forced to use visible security.

We apologize for any inconvenience. To verify your biometric settings, log in, choose Settings in the menu, then click on the Settings tab, then the Personal Devices button, select your device and make sure the biometric setting is set to on. Send us a message through the Help Desk in online/mobile banking if you need additional assistance.

I used to love this app, but now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Up until about 3 months ago, this app was perfect. I loved it. Quick, good usability, easy navigation, plenty of instruction. Now, load times are outrageous, the screens, when they do finally load, sometimes duplicate instead of sending you to the next step (as in a transfer), and it's over all just a clunky app.
