App has always worked good. Except for the last 2 times I tried to use it and it says it won't "intialize". 3-28-2026.... same problem. App works better than the website when it worked so I have stopped using premium food delivery and if I want takeout I just go get it. Yeah I know not a earth shattering problem. But I am leaving a review hoping they will fix the issue.

I have never had a problem with the PFD app until today. Today all I get when I open the app is an initializing screen and then a message telling me I don't have a data connection. I've tried it with just mobile data and then WiFi. Both ways multiple times. Got tired of messing with the app and just ordered on the website.

This is a local version of popular delivery services. I have had repeated orders that were incorrect. I have been overcharged. I have not received promised discounts/ replacements. I have not received receipts, even upon request. I have deactivated an app that I hope would get better i er the years. .
