TinySteps was developed together with patients, physiotherapists and neurologists to offer people with myasthenia gravis (MG) and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders (NMOSD) an opportunity to be active in their everyday lives.
In the app you will find exercises specifically tailored to the respective illness, live exercises to take part in every two weeks, and useful information about the respective illness.
Overview of the functions:
Can be used immediately, free of charge and without registration
Short exercise videos that you can download
Can also be used offline after downloading
Highlighting the videos you particularly like as favorites
Search function for videos and articles
Live exercises every two weeks
You can have the completed exercise videos displayed as successes, but you don't have to
