Access Your Account:
• Register your account in the app to use digital banking.
• Fast and secure login with biometrics.
• Forgot your username or password? Get it through the app!
• Update your address, email, phone number, and more.
• Use the new Quick Balance widget to see balances without signing in.
• View an overview of accounts, loans, credit cards, and investments in Account Summary. Select an account to view transaction history.
• Overdraft controls—set a backup option for when there's not enough in your account.

Payments Simplified:
• RCUpay: easily send money to friends and family—even if they aren't an RCU Member!
• Schedule one-time or recurring transfers and payments
• Set up and make payments or transfers to and from your accounts at other financial institutions.
• Keep track of transfers and payments you've scheduled.
• Get your loan payoff amount for any time in the next 30 days.
• Free Bill Pay service—pay your bills on the go!


Card Services:
• Add cards to Google Pay directly from the app
• View & redeem your RCU credit and debit rewards points for cash or other rewards.
• Not using your debit or credit card? Freeze it for extra security until you’re ready to use it again.
• Report your credit or debit card lost or stolen. (This will cancel your card and issue a new one, so if it’s only misplaced, freeze it instead.)
• Gain control over your spending with debit and credit card alerts and controls. Block online transactions or set alerts for purchases above certain amounts.
• Add upcoming travel notes to ensure access when you’re out of town.
• Adjust ATM and debit card purchase limits to meet your needs.
• Set your PIN on all your cards. Update your PIN on existing cards or set the PIN on your new card.
• Activate new credit and debit cards


Mobile Features:
• Landscape view for tablets—adjust the app to your preferred orientation.
• Autocapture for mobile deposit takes the pictures for you—just align your camera over the check.
• Check current holds and pending deposits
• Use Security under Settings to view devices accessing your account and set your authentication preferences.

Ratings and reviews

Two huge complaints about this new app: 1) I can no longer pay my auto loan with a check through the app, the only options are to pay the loan through my checking or savings accounts. I can't deposit the check to those accounts, as it's made out to RCU, not me. Now I have to go into the bank to pay my auto loan. 2) The home screen no longer shows when my rewards points are expiring, I have to go several screens into the rewards menu to see that. Shady. Like you're hoping people don't notice.

I've tried to use this app on my phone so many times since it went digital and had no luck at all! I've installed and Uninstaller more times than I can count and I still can't use it. It's fine on my Chromebook, but if I'm out of the house and need banking info it means I have to call the bank. Very frustrating!! ☹️

The old app was a bit clunky, but still pretty easy to navigate and had more options for payments. Definitely preferred vs the new app which DOES NOT ALLOW LOAN PAYMENTS TO BE MADE VIA DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS??! That is the primary payment method I use, as it processes immediately instead of DAYS later like the external accounts payments do. PLEASE INTEGRATE THE DEBIT/CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OPTION INTO THE NEW APP! This will be very frustrating moving forward if not amended. :/
