1. If your building switches from cards to the app, they will not credit you for the cards with balances, and you cannot import them, even though this SAME company still has your money. 2. The app requests waaay too many permissions for what it does. 3. They will spam you with advertisements, even though this is, I will emphasize, a *paid* service. But hey, at least it has the functionality of a laggy timer, which is technically better than if it only had all those downsides with no upsides.

Update: Everytime I pull up the app, there are ads that block the whole screen. There are also added convenience fees for literally no reason. It works most of the time, but it frequently boots with an ad that literally never closes. Had to restart the app 6 times today to get an ad I could close. I already pay for the functions of the app. Why do I have to sit through ads?

The building I just moved to uses CSC Go to manage the laundry, and it does fine in that respect. Using the app saves .25 cents per load, and makes it fast and easy to start a machine. I love notifications to tell me when my cycle is done so I can grab it right away. However enabling notifications allows the app to send me adds at random times all week long; for shopping, or financial products, or a whole host of other things i have absolutely zero interest in, especially from a laundry app.
