App is horrible and useless. The look was updated but that was about it. The time is way off, it doesn't track routes or your current location. Wasn't that great before the update. Now it's completely useless. Also it does not allow you to reset your starting point to current location. Update 9/8/26 It's even worse almost a year later. You can't save favorites anymore. All my favorites erased when they decided to cut service...go figure. Worst public transportation in the country.

This app used to be super reliable for me but they keep updating it and making it even more confusing to read. They're trying to make it super intuitive or something but it really doesn't need to be. I miss how it used to look. Just missed by bus because there are 2 different arrival times and I was focused on the one constantly updating... which I guess was the wrong one? It also deleted all my favorites again 🥲

Update: I would love to take regional rail on a regular basis but it is so unreliable. Just tried using the app & it has gotten worse over time. The newer version is so confusing I cannot even find the schedule. Impossible to navigate. Freezes up a lot. Asks to download new schedules every time I open the app but I'm unable to click download button.
