App is horrible and useless. The look was updated but that was about it. The time is way off, it doesn't track routes or your current location. Wasn't that great before the update. Now it's completely useless. Also it does not allow you to reset your starting point to current location. Update 9/8/26 It's even worse almost a year later. You can't save favorites anymore. All my favorites erased when they decided to cut service...go figure. Worst public transportation in the country.

app CRASHES every single time you click the live tracking for busses. The train doesn't do it, but the bus live tracker is bugged. Very frustrating when my train arrives at the same time as my bus and I'm trying to figure out if I'm hopping off. it's really frustrating when my experience with Septa has been unaffordable and just plan unreliable.

DO NOT rely on this app for the trains. I liked that I was able to make an account and favorite a couple frequently used routes. Today the time kept increasing for the train (supposed to be at 5:15am, then 5:34, then 5:40), only to show up to the station and the train was on time. It's incredibly inconvenient to have to manually look it up all the time and then assume the website is correct too.
