app CRASHES every single time you click the live tracking for busses. The train doesn't do it, but the bus live tracker is bugged. Very frustrating when my train arrives at the same time as my bus and I'm trying to figure out if I'm hopping off. it's really frustrating when my experience with Septa has been unaffordable and just plan unreliable.

This app works well most of the time but the occasional problems made me late work. Sometimes the app does not sync with the bus when the bus driver started driving late(maybe they turn something off idk). The map function for bus is not usable at all. When you click on it the app just gets stuck and closes by itself. This was a problem since I started using the app (July 2025) and still a problem till today. You have to make it good if it's accessible for people who rely on SEPTA to get to work

update: if you can believe it, its actually gotten worse. ive had to reset my password so many times i may as well never use it. The updated version is horrible. It keeps logging me out. The interface doesn't allow you to log back in. I've restarted the app 5 times and it's still buggy. I finally get back in only to find my key card has been deleted and reassigning is just as buggy.
