App UI is horrible, the old UI was far better. You used to be able to name the routes of your favorites. Now, you're stuck with whatever it decides and if you have multiple stops added along the same road, you have to open each one. It'll say ", Bustleton" i.e., but you have to open it to see the intersection. Tracking is useless, even shows false info. Don't use this to manage your key card account. Use your browser and add the shortcut/bookmark to that site to your home screen.

This app used to be super reliable for me but they keep updating it and making it even more confusing to read. They're trying to make it super intuitive or something but it really doesn't need to be. I miss how it used to look. Just missed by bus because there are 2 different arrival times and I was focused on the one constantly updating... which I guess was the wrong one? It also deleted all my favorites again 🥲

Password policy is overcomplicated, especially since you can just reset it by email. App logs you out and makes you change it every few months. A more convenient+secure option instead is to keep you logged in and email a one-time-password for new logins. There are also a couple of major interface problems: 1: The back button doesn't take you back. Instead it closes and resets the app. 2: Oddly large number of clicks to get from favorite route to schedule.
