About this app

Snipe is a privacy-first, browser for Android 10 and up.

Snipe records no telemetry and browsing sync so your data stays on your device. No account is required to install or use the browser.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
• Adblock Plus built in and on by default, with EasyList and other updatable filter lists
• Shared trusted-sites allowlist (same privacy-respecting approach as desktop Snipe), editable in Adblock Plus settings
• SnipeSearch as a default search option on first run (Google and Bing also available)
• Local browsing data : passwords and settings stay on your phone
• Font fingerprinting mitigation on by default in Developer options
• Experimental extensions support (enable under Developer options; relaunch required)
• No AI features and no developer telemetry collection

REQUIREMENTS
• Android 10 or later
• 64-bit ARM (arm64) device

PRIVACY
Snipe does not collect your browsing history, does not use the Android Advertising ID, and does not require a Snipe account. Search queries go only to the search engine you choose.
