Following the last update the app hangs on the account view screen for at least 30 secs so you can't do anything and don't know if it's going to crash or not. It's got nothing to do with internet connection as that's fine and it worked perfectly before. Cache has been cleared, mobile restarted. Still poor response everytime I login since update.

This update finally got the app working, but it shouldn't have taken this long. The previous version locked everyone out, yet instead of acknowledging the known issue, the bank directed users to email support, adding unnecessary frustration instead of providing a swift fix. This should have been caught in testing before ever going live. While it's good to have a functional version now, usability still needs work. Hopefully, future updates are handled with more urgency and transparency.

App not working correctly. Having issues logging in even though all details are correct and after fee tries it works but next login the login details don't save and need to enter all information again. just moved over from apple operating system and never had issues but with the Android app nothing but trouble.
