Please add the feature to implement style to your text as *bold* and _italics_ instead of having to select the words and choose from a menu, as that's just inconvenient. Edit: the notification counter in the icon is bugged since latest update, constantly telling me I have 1 when I don't. Opening the app fixes it but it eventually returns. & I'd still like that ^^ text style feature added, it's the only aspect in which whatsapp is superior. I'll happily return 5 stars then.

I really love everything about Telegram X, it gives me all the tweaks I want for normal Telegram and more. It's missing one huge asset however, and that's starred/favourite contact recognition, so that notifications from starred contracts go through when the phone is on the Do Not Disturb. If that feature were to be added, if switch to X in a heartbeat, but as it stands, I can't use it without that.

It's nice and compact. Fast and all as advertised. One problem is that notification don't always appear when someone messages you if the app is running in the background. Most of the time I need to open the app to see I got new messages, should fix this cause otherwise it's working fine!
