Ratings and reviews

Claims the account and routing number on the checks are unreadable if you get any kind of creases in the paper checks. I have a check that is 100% readable but it refuses to accept half my checks claiming the account information is unreadable. Further, the camera takes a photo of the check before the flash goes off because it never takes a lighted photo of the check without a secondary source of light. Pretty much as bad as the last app, just now in a new formatting!

iLuv this small lil CU & it's somewhat unique #Kasasa app different from what I see most credit unions subcontracting to/fOR. This app seems as good or better than others, although I have no credit card here yet, so I can't speak to that. There is card control 🛂 locking for debiT cARd and iLike that latest messages appear at bottom of first/home screen.

I cannot use the new format. I want to see my transactions rather ther than balancing my accounts on paper. This new format makes everything harder to find and assess. Someone got paid to rework the app and they have done a terrible job. It is much less user friendly. I am considering closing my account. I live 250 miles away from my nearest branch and have been a member for almost a decade.
