Claims the account and routing number on the checks are unreadable if you get any kind of creases in the paper checks. I have a check that is 100% readable but it refuses to accept half my checks claiming the account information is unreadable. Further, the camera takes a photo of the check before the flash goes off because it never takes a lighted photo of the check without a secondary source of light. Pretty much as bad as the last app, just now in a new formatting!

I was very excited about makeover. Since it looks better and things like routing # is easily accessible, messaging, etc. BUT, since the makeover Ive had more issues with my accounts and cards than entire almost 5 yrs I've been with TH. From Cards unable to be valid forms of payment on file (for things my TH cards were previously used as), issues with direct deposit, and more. Not sure if I'm the only person experiencing but curious what ALL exactly changed w/ upgrade?

Great detailed information on accounts. Fast and responsive. Customer service messaging is responsive in a timely manner. Wish the mobile deposit worked better, sometimes it just will not work and then I'm stuck mailing it.
