I can do almost anything on the app! I greatly appreciate the mobile deposit, so easy to do! Autopay makes on-time payments easy. Even vendors that don't accept electronic payments are covered as well. I like the security of the biometric, as well as password and passcode options. UWCU is a standout in its field! It's policies truly serve clients w/o the price gouging of many banks & even other credit unions. it's why I've been s member for almost 20 years!

First the positive. I got a good rate on a car loan. Other than that they're a mess. You can't be more than 3 months ahead on your loan through the app. You can't make principal only loan payments from a non uwcu account. There's no easy wireless transfer from outside bank accounts. So I need to deposit my payroll checks to make extra payments. They hold all payroll checks(release $250 right away) for 2 business days. None of this is the end of the world, just annoying and a hassle.

The app does what I need it to do, but I have to set it up every. Single. Time. I log in. It doesn't save any information between uses, and it's a massive pain in the neck having to spend 5 minutes logging in every time I want to deposit a check or check my balance. This has been a problem for going on a year. PLEASE fix this!
