Very disappointing customer support from OVO. My payment to a merchant failed, and I provided the evidence they specifically requested. Instead of resolving the issue, they asked for additional evidence that is practically impossible for me to obtain. It feels like they are creating more requirements rather than actually investigating and solving the problem. A payment service should take responsibility when a transaction fails, not make customers prove something they have no way of proving.

Ovo what the hell are you thinking!? I just want to check how much money is left on my credit card, I can't sign in because my phone is "modified" but the truth is I'm still at the factory system, the bootloader still locked and everything still on the factory and not using any modifications, and even my account is blocked and suggest me to hard reset my phone?!? what's wrong with you!!? the customer service just suggest me to hard reset, this is the worst app i ever have

Fair app but you have to make it a language convertible for foreign nationals for easier access. You don't have to shove your language down to people's throat.
